Lindell Court offers full size washer and dryer, built in microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, ample contemporary European cabinets and storage on the balcony or patio in each apartment. Our two and three bedroom apartments also offer dining rooms, linen closets and walk in closets in the master bedroom. Our community has a club house with a full kitchen for parties or business gatherings, a 24 hr. fitness center, an outdoor pool and spa, and garages or carports when available. We do allow BBQ grills on your patio but they must be gas not charcoal, or you can use the community grill by our pool.
We are conveniently located close to the freeway, downtown, Fairchild, Airway Heights, shopping, restaurants, colleges and hospitals but still situated in a tranquil rural area. Our one bedroom one bath apartments are 719 sq ft and are currently offered at $605 including the water sewer and garbage. Our two bedroom one bath apartment are 875 sq ft and are currently offered at $695 including water/sewer/garbage, Our security deposit is $200, nonrefundable fee $100, pet fee $300 and application fee $35. Since these rates change on a regular basis, I cannot guarantee these prices beyond today.
We are a pet friendly community; however there are breed restrictions for dogs. We do not allow Chows, Rottweilers, Pittbulls, American Stafford Terriers, Doberman/pinchers, German Shepherds and Dalmatians. All domestic cats are welcome.
