Our client is a 388 bed acute-care hospital (1600 employees) Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be a member of the senior management team and will be responsible for the management of all Human Resources functions including recruitment, retention, regulatory compliance, benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and JCAHO preparedness. 7 direct reports
Education: Minimum requirements include bachelor degree in Human Resources Experience:
à Minimum 5 years experience as a Human Resources Director within a hospital.
Healthcare experience required.
Ideal candidate will be a strong leader.
Bargaining and labor relations skills are KEY
Salary $100k to $115k
