Quarterhorse - Medium - Young - Female - Horse - Lucy
Description
Lucy is about five years old and came to from the same reservation as the 33 horses from the rescue site. Lucy had a foal by her side and was knocking on deaths door when she arrived at the ranch. The Vet told us to put our money into a rescue we can save. Lucy was full of lice, worms, and ticks. We picked 79 ticks off of her and didn't even scratch the surface. Lucy is halter broke and has basic ground manners. She has had a saddle on her but not ridden. She needs at least another 100 poiunds on her before anybody will be allowed to mount her. Lucy is about five years old and stands well for the farrier. She has a sweet temperment and is eager to do what you ask. Lucy is another project horse that would great for a 4H kid who wants to show off the beauty of this gorgeous creature.
