Description
Kow is a 1 and 1/2 year old boy who has a special need. He is 'cowhocked' in the back end and needs room inside a home to stretch out and run. He would benefit from massages. Presently, his back end is a little weak and he needs to keep his muscles strong by moving around a lot. Kow will follow you around and is Mister Personality. He was bottle fed by the home who originally had him.
